The company covers a total area of 61000 square meters, including 7000 square meters of production workshop, 2748 square meters of office building, 1374 square meters of R & D center, 5184 square meters of raw material warehouse and 17524 square meters of finished product warehouse. At present, the company has a mining area of 4.0 square kilometers. More than 80% of them are primary clay, which is the necessary raw material for the production of low iron, high whiteness products and food grade high precision products.
Da Yuan Diatomite Company has built two automatic production lines with a diameter of 2.5 meters, with an annual design production capacity of 80000 tons. The production mainly adopts international advanced material dynamic process, cold gas calcination, closed air flow pipeline transportation, multi-functional classification treatment and digital control technology processing.
